We stayed a week at Casa Koko and the trip was absolutely perfect. The villa is gorgeous and very nicely laid out. It feels like you are staying at a high end resort- Kiehl's products in all the bedrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, bathrobes, comfortable beds, etc. We also loved all the amenities at the house- golf carts, bicycles, gym, ping pong table, etc. The food was also delicious, it was a highlight of the trip. But the thing that put this property over the top was the service. Anything we wanted was no problem- ride into town in a car, special requests on food, day trip to Sayulita, etc. The service was also completely seamless, the team was always there to help but it never felt overbearing. Not to mention, the staff is so kind and helpful. Luigi, Ramon, and Edgar were so wonderful to be around, we made new friends and were so sad to leave them. We can't wait to come back and visit them again soon!
This vacation rental is fantastic and has a great view of the ocean. The pool and pool area is clean and well-kept and there are plenty of places to sit, relax, eat, and take in the amazing view. Punta Mita has fantastic beach clubs so whether you want to stay at the villa and float in the pool or go to one of the beach clubs, you are always satisfied. The service was great. The staff are welcoming and take care of your every need. There is plenty to do in Punta Mita, but honestly, you'll never want to leave the villa.
The chef is world class; exquisitely delicious cuisine, perfect portions, original presentations and combinations. The staff, from top management to maid service, is alert, friendly, discreet, and professional. The architecture and decor are done with understatement, luxury, and authenticity; the whole place is a visual pleasure.
This property shined on so many levels. The house itself is wonderfully laid out to accommodate many people comfortably. A terrific living room/dining room/kitchen that leads right outside to two sunning/lounging decks, fantastic pool and beach. Seven lovely bedrooms, all with spacious en-suite bathrooms and a/c. The property location is terrific. On a beautiful beach that's quite swimmable. About a 10 minute $10 cab ride, at most, to town. Private but not too remote. And the real topper here is the service. The two meals/day that the chef prepared were delicious. What a pro! The house is cleaned daily and sparkles every day. The pool and decks always tidy. We cannot recommend this property any more highly. We will return with great enthusiasm.
The level of service at the Palmasola is something I've never experienced before. The attention to detail and care is unrivaled and truly defines the experience. The food and beverage was also of the highest quality. I truly enjoyed every minute of my time. The experience was really magical.
The place was immaculate every day, the staff took such meticulous care to clean and tidy every inch of the place, the food was excellent, the Chef and his assistant made the most delicious meals and in addition, made us drinks with fresh fruit, the venue was perfect, right on the beach with the waves crashing all day, a sweeping view of the Bay of Cortez, great sunsets, a sweet heated pool and patio area with stereo music, a laundry person to do anything you needed.
It's like living in a dream staying here. I just can't get enough, it's hard to go back to reality! We had 4 couples staying, with your own pool to lay by, surf break right out the front (which you can watch from poolside) Breakfast and lunch served to us and no dishes to do! (thank you Salina!) The house and grounds are beautiful and staff wonderful and friendly. Belen, the Villa Concierge is a wealth of local information and can help you with whatever you need……restaurant recommendations, transport, surfboard rental, beach club knowledge etc. The small quiet town of Punta Mita is a short golf cart ride to explore the great beach side restaurants for dinner each night. Definitely coming back!
I don't know where to start describing this dream vacation I just had. Starting with the staff, Celina is the best mexican cook I know, always smiling and with a good attitude, Belen the manager it was always very helpful and on top of things like reservations, etc. The property is just breathtaking, great taste on furniture and the exquisite views make this place one of a kind, I can't describe the feeling of surfing all morning with all my friends at the villa private point and then coming back to have some of the best mexican breakfast I've tried in years, the privacy and beauty of this place made this my dream surf trip
Stress melted away from our entire group the moment we set foot in Villa Pacifica. Upon arriving in Punta Mita we were immediately greeted by the Villa's friendly staff and whisked away to the house behind the secure and private Ranchos Estates gates. Efren, the house butler, had margaritas waiting and they ended up being the perfect way to begin our vacation! Incredible food prepared by the home's own chef, stunning oceanfront location to enjoy all day, a warm breeze that flowed in and out of the open air living area – we loved it all! The BEST place to host friends and family as no one had to lift a finger for our entire stay. Meals prepared, reservations made, activities planned, transportation arranged. We will definitely be back!
This ocean front estate is everything you could hope for. Warm and inviting, with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the living and dining rooms, the bar and lounging area and even while swimming in the beautiful pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very luxurious with view of the ocean as well. Everything you need or want will be taken care of by the gracious staff. They answer all questions, had great suggestions for things to do and the food and drink were top drawer. Joel and his staff are the best!!! You will fall in love with them. The small towns around are fun to explore and there are so many things to do–a boat ride or snorkeling around the Marietta islands, walking on the beautiful sandy beaches or having drinks and dinner in one of the many restaurants. You can be as busy as you want to be. We highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a relaxing, luxurious vacation in a beautiful location. It's perfect for just you, a few couples, or an extended family. It is truly is heavenly!!!
This place is, bar none, the best spot in this area! We have been to Punta Mita before, and I can assure anyone looking for an Ideal Getaway in Mexico…this is excellence. Top notch service staff, authentic Mexican cuisine , and not afraid of special dietary needs or requests. Plenty of attention to details when it comes to a special celebration or a day of activities.
Luna Mar far exceeded our expectations. The Staff, the amenities, the beautiful venue and the service are what every resort should aspire to. I will return. This is truly an awesome experience.
