This was the perfect location for our group trip! Cesar and the other staff are amazing, so accommodating to our friends with food allergies, and made phenomenal meals. Carla our concierge also gave wonderful recommendations for private catamaran tours and helping us with booking other services like spa services and giving recommendations for local gems. The views were breathtaking. One of the few times I feel like I’ve been surprised by the actual property being better than the photos. I hope I’m lucky to stay here again in the future!
I have booked with agave villas twice, once for my 30th and next for my bachelorette and they truly are the absolute best company. They are sweet, attentive, flexible, and accommodating. Their villas are absolutely stunning, the AC is too notch for those who go when it’s super hot, and I would choose them for every trip to Mexico if I can. Can’t wait to go back! Laura is an amazing concierge, and the chef and cleaning staff are just absolute sweethearts. Cesar cooked amazing meals and cocktails by the pool which really made our stay fantastic. Couldn’t express more how much I love agave villas!
We had an amazing family vacation at Villa Castillo! The outdoor space and pool area was perfect to accommodate our group of 13! César was an incredible chef we were truly spoiled! The level of service from Agave Villas (Diandra & Carla) was excellent and we felt very well taken care of leading up to booking, during our stay, and even after our stay. Our stay at Villa Castillo was simply amazing. Carla, Caesar and Erica were exceptional in providing service that met our every want or need. The food was delectable, the villa was beautiful just like the photos. The view was breathtaking and provided such a relaxing and rewarding feeling. I am looking forward to planning my next visit.
I stayed at Villa Castillo with up to 13 guests in Jan. 2025. My booking experience was seamless (would recommend booking directly if possible rather than through a 3rd party), and the communication from the booking agent, Laura, and the concierge, Carla, leading up to, through, and after the visit was exceptional.
Cesar and Jessica were amazing chefs and bartenders and gave us an incredible experience for all of the meals and throughout the day. Erica, the housekeeper, was amazing and so kind. Everything was explained well upfront, costs were reasonable, and the house was exceptional.
Each room had an en suite bathroom, which was so helpful, and the pool and lounge chairs were so nice. There was plenty of space to host group dinners and just hang out outside and enjoy the incredible view. It was easy to get to town through cars arranged by Carla or Ubers. We had a fantastic experience and no constructive feedback, everything was perfect!
Fantastic Villa and staff in Conchas Chinas. Everything in this Villa was perfect. Amazing views, huge rooms, and well appointed finishes. We have been to PVR more than a dozen times and this Villa, staff and location are one of the best! Would 100% stay here again, and have zero hesitation recommending it.
Carla, Erika, Cesar and Jessica were all amazing. The food was outstanding, house was always kept clean. View was terrific, pool was large & clean. It was essentially like staying in a 5 star hotel but with the privacy of an airbnb.
