- The spa room and all the bedrooms have energy efficient air conditioning units for a comfortable place to cool off, however the whole house is designed to take advantage of natural air flow so that the need for air conditioners or fans is minimal
- All grey water is collected, filtered, and used to water the grounds

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. My only regret is that I can't use these ladies for all my vacations!! I will be back!
