We traveled with a group of 14 and stayed at Casa Septiembre during the first weekend of August. Everything about this trip was made perfect by the Agave Villas team. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. There’s far too many wonderful details to write out in this review, but here are a few highlights of things we loved:
– Our concierge Carla reached out weeks before our trip to ask about dietary restrictions, and to help us plan transportation/activities. Her attention to detail really made the trip spectacular.
– The staff at the house was incredible. Angel, Gustavo, and the kitchen team prepared wonderful meals. We had two vegans in our group who the team went above and beyond for. Angel was also so thoughtful in putting special touches for the group, including going into town to purchase vegan desserts, and selecting the most delicious locally roasted coffee.
– There was nothing like waking up in the morning to fresh coffee, hot bacon, fresh squeezed juices, platters on platters of perfectly ripe tropical fruit, and eggs+breakfast made to order. Every meal was perfect!
– A big shout out to Jorge and Manuel, who kept the margaritas flowing at the bar!
– The villa was perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, and there was plenty of central space to gather, eat, and play. We absolutely loved the pool+palapa+bar, and the proximity to the beach.
We will definitely be booking future trips with Agave Villas!
Casa Septiembre was amazing. Great location. Easy beach access and access to downtown. The staff was awesome. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The only negative with the villa is that the lighting is low at night and it would be nice to have AC in the main sitting room.
We searched at length for the perfect house for a 50th birthday escape/celebration with friends from across the US. Casa Septembre was an easy choice from its photos/amenities, but turned out to be EVEN BETTER in person! Our entire stay felt like we were at a private, glamorous resort in Old Hollywood, with our every need considered. Stunning decor throughout exudes old Mexico yet feels contemporary; quiet location right on the beach, beautiful lush & well-maintained garden, romantic, ample bedrooms and open/airy feel. As picky architects, we were especially impressed. Everything is even better than the site photos (the feel of the air, atmosphere and house are unique in person). If you're for old world glamour and a lovely staff who waits on your every need–yet feels like family and LOVES great music–absolutely stay here. We all made plans to come back ASAP, together and separately! Thanks, all who run Casa Septiembre, I will remember my time with you forever.

A group of twelve of us rented Casa Septiembre in Dec and had one of the best vacations of our lives. We are all very experienced travelers and been to many places. This was the best house/villa we have ever stayed in. From the location (best beach in PV), views, architecture, interior design, huge pool, service and food! It was incredible. Far enough away to be out of the craziness of town, yet close enough to go shopping, dinner or nightlife.It is an easy walk into town (15 minutes on the beach) or a $3 cab ride.
This villa was beyond our dreams….the staff created an atmosphere of pampered luxury by catering to our every need. The attention to details for every meal was evident, from the flowers, the creative and colorful linens that were different at every meal, the presentation of the delicious food, as well as the quantity and variety of food choices, and the professional and warm manner in which it was served.. The villa itself was magnificent in its creative decor and attention to detail, the pool and access to the beach helped create a total private resort atmosphere. The unexpected bar and bartender was a treat, meeting the various needs of my family. The bedrooms, each with its private bath, gave our guests the necessary privacy and individual luxury. The proximity to town allowed for short excursions, but we really loved to just relax around the villa and enjoy our own private resort! This vacation was so memorable because of Casa de Septiembre, creating a lasting memory for everyone.
