All of our guests had massive bedrooms with King sized beds, the house was cleaned daily, and we never got tired of swimming in the pool and watching sunsets from the pool.
The staff was incredible nice. The chef made us two amazing meals a day (sometimes taking a suggestion from us and sometimes we just told him to surprise us – and it was always delicious). The house manager Ismael, aside from waiting on our every need, arranged transportation to excursions for us, gave us valuable insight about fun things to do in PV, and made sure our money for house expenses was spent very efficiently. The cleaning staff was there every day and yet we never saw them because they were never intrusive and cleaned around our schedules.
This was our fourth stay at Villa Santa Cruz. Ismael, Gabe, Chano and Maria made sure our visit was spectacular. We had many first time visitors with us and they were completely blown away by the villa, views and staff.
Since we were guests for the day of the dead we all brought pictures of loved ones that have passed. Ismael helped us celebrate building us an amazing alter and teaching us about the offerings and the `whats and whys` that go along with it. An incredible experience never to be forgotten.
There are not enough words to describe our beyond amazing stay at Villa Santa Cruz! The house, pool and service are top notch! A vacation for the books! From our arrival to the house with fresh scented towels to the most amazing food prepared by the chef. We are already planning our return. The house was always clean and the drinks were flowing! We had a group of 12 and we were always well fed and the drinks were never empty. The service we received was one of the best!
It was amazing, we were a large group of 17 and we had an amazing time. The staff was super helpful and made delicious food. Everything was super easy to arrange and we found this same villa at different wen pages. Agave villa had the best price, and the best cancellation policies, which was a big think we considered because of COVID.
We celebrated my partner's 42nd Birthday with a group of 15 friends. Carla, Ismael, Gabriel, Candel and Channo from the bottom of all of our hearts.. We thank you and appreciate you. And after spending a week with you in close quarters, we miss you! If only life was this easy.. Candel cleaning up after us, while Ismael arranges our travels and brings us coffee, and Gabriel cooks us world class cuisines.. You all truly made us feel like celebrities. ❤️❤️ I highly recommend and will certainly return annually. Besos
BEST VACATION EVER!!! Villa Santa Cruz had it all. The breathtaking views, beautiful decor, and all the modern amenities you can ask for. But the very best part was the amazing house stuff. The house was always super clean and and everything working in tip top shape. The chef ,Gabriel, was excellent!! Everything he cooked was perfect and we never craved anything from town. Ismael, the Houseman, did it all and was very attentive to all our needs. He made any last minute reservations we needed, have private transportation arranged, and to top it off made the best pool side drinks! The villa was located at the very top of Conchas Chinas, but the 15 minutes walk downhill to the beach was not bad and there were always taxis at the bottom to give you a ride back up. We will be back to Villa Santa Cruz!
Villa Santa Cruz is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show. The common areas, bedrooms and decks are very nice and well maintained. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect, only about a 5 minute drive to the pier or a 15 to 20 minute walk. And as great as the villa is, it is the staff, Ismael, Gabriel, Candy and Chano that made our time there unforgettable. They where a blast to be around and went above and beyond the call to make our stay absolutely perfect. They took such great care of us and the food was over the top. They made the villa feel like a home. This was far and away the best place we've stayed in Mexico.
